Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re way too busy working on your websites or developing your web apps, you hardly have time to keep track of what’s happening with the VPS server – whether it’s overloading or whether all the services are running the way you expect them to. With our Managed Services package, we’ll take care of that on your behalf. Your VPS will be added to a custom–developed server monitoring software system and each time there’s a trace of a trouble, our server administrators will be alerted momentarily.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of your data is necessary – one never knows when something could go wrong. And having ordered the Managed Services option, you can enjoy regular backups of your whole VPS, not only of your data, without you being required to install or configure anything. And all the backups are held on a server with multiple RAID–configured hard disks. As a result your content will always be protected, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server provides you with a practically infinite number of possibilities, you will often have to install additional software packages. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can comes in real handy. It is an essential part of our Managed Services deal, which allows you to call for any of our skilled server admins to install and set up any kind of software and to solve any trouble that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

Our Managed Services deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. It is an extra for the KVM VPS Plans.
